Just a big floofy boy! One of my Pokémon-sonas though more often than not just an OC. He works as a rescue Pokémon, and still remembers his days as a service pokemon. So he will approach those with emotional and physical issues to try and help and calm them down.
He will rescue anyone from danger, but if you are an evil team or malicious, he will give you a rough time. Often times leaving evil people on top of hills, away from civilization, and in caves after saving them.
