I made this from a balaclava base (that I also made myself) and upholstery foam that I bought from WalMart. The fur is a floor mat from the same store. The antlers were really easy to make-- I made a bunch of densly-packed spikes out of polar fleece and sewed them together. Yeah, they wiggle a lot and that's kind of annoying but at least I can safely walk into a door and not break them!
