I chose red because, at this point, I'd used blues, greens, and brown in a bunch of other sketches; mostly subdued, neutral or cool colors, so I decided to try out a warm color, instead. Pink-red was in my palette in OpenCanvas, so I decided, "Why not?" I think it might have turned out TOO vibrant, actually. Oh, well; live and learn.
