She looks seriously amazing and she’s plain adorable, I can tell that she’s likely a great oc, and the details on her design are perfect, everything is just spot on, and nothing is out of place, you definitely made an amazing oc, who also looks adorable :3, so yeah, great job also you seek to have improved with your art skills but, it could be just how amazing, you are so it only looks like you have.

Thank you so much! i in 2020 i made like a ton of ocs and I decided to redraw her then and just redid her now cause well I adore her she just has a special place in my heart I mean don't get me wrong I have oc's the I love and adore but my old girl i treasure dearly

Bubbles had like a cowgirl outfit with her and i stop drawing her then 2020 hit and i was making that story (like i told you) and i redid here for it and i loved LOVED her redesign and since i got into Security Breach im like "Hey make new ocs" and i did then since i redid Violet (second time i did cause she is going to be in the story) I decided to redo her and a few other ocs that i have. Plus, Bubbles is just my favorite i mean yea i got other favorites but I just made her just for fun and now i use her for a lot more things i really thought i'd be using her for.

Okay also with the whole, just made her for fun and then started to use her a lot more, it’s understandable since it’s mainly how I got my favorite oc, also the cowgirl outfit thing for Bubbles sounds interesting, also her redesign definitely is amazing and that would make sense, mainly since you’re pretty creative from what I can see, and you’re amazing an amazing artist :3.
