Is because the Team Fortress character "Pyro" (that Aya is dressed up as) is very ambigual, so much that is also unclear if is a man or a woman, because looks like a man, but the way it moves is very femmenine. The phrase "The Pyro is a WOMAN" is a youtube joke about the spy saying that the Pyro is a woman because of this ambiguity of the character.
