This is from part of one of the two role plays I am doing with UltraSonic16 (https://www.deviantart.com/ultrasonic16) based on the new persective universe. The summary is that pokemons have taken over and have decided to treat humans as babies. Unlike the Icefangs, UltraSonic16 is playing the parents and I am playing Alex.
In the roleplay
Lopunny Justice a lopunny found Alex alone in the woods collecting fire wood and decided to adopt as a toddler despite Alex’s protests. Unfortunately for Alex Lopunny proved to be virtually impossible to escape from with her blinding speed, amazing hearing and greater strength. After she made Alex have a nap she decided that she didn't have enough cute outfits for Alex so she decided to take him to do clothes shopping in pull-ups and in a stroller.

As for the grumpiness while he is not wet, doesn’t want a pacifier and prefers the slightly more grown-up pull-ups. So Lopunny concluded that he is grumpy because he is shy and doesn’t want to be taken around public spaces.
Alex has been fairly compliant aside from an escape attempt so far because she has already punished him and has threaten to demote him to diapers if he doesn’t cooperate. I am pretty sure that he will end up in nice, thick diaper with a pacifier soon enough.
