After seeing Goku use the Kaioken on top of Super Saiyan Blue, Time Patroller Drakon (an Earthling) experiments with the idea of combining Kaioken with his Ultimate form (AKA, the Potential Unleashed transformation Gohan has). Thus creating..."Ultimate Kaioken".
While working on this, I saw that someone else on DA had this same idea of combining Potential Unleashed w/ Kaioken. So, I can't say that I was the first to think of this. But then again, maybe I wasn't the first regardless of knowing, so w/e XD
