This is my first digital drawing from my latest fan project, Duck Avenger: Earth's Galactic Era, featuring our favourite sailor waterfowl. I haven't changed much of Donald's characterization. Donald has many of the positive traits he has shown in the classic non-Paperinik comics; he is an adaptable worker (having gone through who knows how many jobs) and is a caring uncle to his nephews. But he starts in my story as irascible and prone to arrogance as he is in the classic comics. In combat, he (initually) is strong but unskilled as he rely on brute force and speed to take down opponents. His passions includes seamanship and cooking which he is very good at. His favourite music is rock and jazz. And Donald's beinning as the Duck Avenger is just like the original comic; he donned the mantle of Fantomius so he could get revenge on his unpleasant relatives.
What is new about my Paperinik is his weapon: the Structure Rearranger. Inspired by both the Extransformer Shield from "Paperinik's New Adventures" and the Axiom Disruptor from "Axiom Verge", this biomechanoid power-glove is equipped with a multi-mode blaster, a remote-controlled drone and a ’reactionless’ flight engine.
