Another member of the BAS, you can think of Rhaz as basically an assassin for BAS, hunting down and devouring any the BAS feels should be taken care of. And other than his cool neon green, glowing insides and his lovely figure, Rhaz has a special power to help him complete his assassinations: he can meld with shadows. He can't just engulf someone instantaneously with shadows, but what he can do is meld with a shadow, wait for someone to walk over, and start swallowing them, slowing emerging himself from the shadows so he can continue drawing them into himself! Then, once they're devoured, he can remeld with the shadows so he can cart off his target to somewhere secure where he'll melt them down for good~ might even give him some sort of shadow form later where he's more ghost-like, all black, and just looks like some sort of shadow-creature snake, but we'll see about that. Also! his tail is very thick for a reason~ He can store people's consciousness in his tail so that he can take them back to the BAS where they'll remove one of the consciousnesses from his tail and reform the person for whatever nefarious things they have planned for the person.
