Team Splashdown had entered a tournament to determine who had the best Turf War squad in Inkopolis Square. Their match was a very tough one, but in the end, they came out on top in their first Qualifier Round. Icarus and Julie were especially thrilled about their victory. Julie even went as far as to rush towards her crush for a big victorious hug; not even worried about doing so in front of a large crowd of enthusiastic squids and octos.
If you're wondering why their "hair" has some green in it, it's because they're changing back to their natural colors now that the match was finished. I imagine Inklings and Octolings would have the ability to do this, otherwise everyone would probably have to play in a Turf War for a chance at the color they'd want. ...If that didn't make any sense, I apologize XD
