Lady Tica is 2nd daughter of the Meszaros out of currently 7 children. She stands at 6'2ft in height, usually dressed in her silver Dualist's tabard whenever she is on business or not. Tica herself is unofficially a Sinner, those tasked to end threats deemed by the higher families. You couldn't call her an assassin as her 'services' are performed rather openly, leaving evidence. Wielding the 'Tempered Tyranny', a trophy of her late great grandfather, she continues the cycle of violence.
Tica is impacted by a magical curse, one that was put on her by her own family. The Succession of Beasts imparts strength and instinct of monsters, but it has side effect of leaving them with increased aggression and tendencies of those creatures. She has trained herself to curb and ignore most of those, but it only builds up. Eventually that pressure needs release and the Sinner has found that combat doesn't sate it...
