So excited, I am quasi a grandma XDDD...and aunt...and...sister....and....oh geeeeeeesh XDDDD X333333
Despite the fact that I chose Nishi as my fursona she started and still is an independent character with her own story and also a normal wolf, even with a strange color. She is the Alpha-female of her little pack, so sooner or later her task would have been to raise pups. That was when I decided finally to free her from her fursona duties and she and Sammy (truthfully to the month itself as you notice) mated in February and now in May the pups are born. I know it seems strange to call her a normal wolf from the color of her fur and looking at the pups even more. In the territory she, her brother and her mate are coming from all local packs in a wide spread surrounding have clear double colors. It probably happened somewhere a long time ago in the evolution with some gene mutations like always in nature, which seemed either to have proven useful or are somehow always connected to the useful genes which where giving to the next generation by natural selection.
However this is a surprise pic, for you, and for me and for everyone here. BUt especially for all the mothers, soon-to-be-moms and those who where. THANKS FOR CREATING NEW LIFE, thanks for giving us the chance.
She put down her necklace ignoring her duty for once. Maybe the gods are not pleased but I am sure they will understand…they are gods after all XD
But poor Nishi looks so tired, she will either stretch out or curl around her pups…either way she will take a nap, so you should take one last look and then go to write a comment ;)

EDIT: In Canine-Artists-Unite I entered it into the New Life contest. I know that many people don't know that the stone of the earth goddess stands for spring, that it is not quite clear here and that this picture was not only made for the contest, but I still hope it will be accepted into it. If not, I am okay with that since I know I might ignored some rules, if yes, than thank you very very much.
