So, this is why he cover his face when he turns into a human. For his universe i found some diferences between werewolf and lycantropy.

So, he is a Werewolf, because he born as an anthropomorphic wolf. That's why his "human form" doesn't quite hide his real form.
He could say that "Lycantropy is just the ilness that turn men into unrelenting beasts"

He hates to be called "dog" or "beast", he really hates people that treat him like an unintelligence being. He also feel really bad when people just fear him in his original form.
He can be intimidating but he is really classy and educated. He is an expert on alchemy too.
