The one who called Jules beloved and spent more than enough effort to ensure that the Obstagoon would stay with him no matter what. But his attempt at reincarnating Jules into the same form, mind, and memories would be made awry by a clash between the Dialga and Palkia he is connected to. With the egg gone in a Space-Time distortion, he believed he had lost Jules forever.

Until many, many ages later. A Riolu evolved into a Lucario, and in that moment, he felt a power he did not expect to in the form of the Lucario's awakening aura. Immediately he sought out the one known as Gale, and this would open new doors for the Lucario and his Trainer, as they were graced by the presence of one they could only refer to as Lord Arceus.

Though he is quite upset that Gale can no longer return to his side, he makes it his duty to check in on the Lucario and human from time to time, helping them out or just spending time with them.
