A couple of years ago, I was drawing on my computor ( I was working on Camping Trip 3 page 4) when I heard a very strange noise, kinda high-piched and chattering. I though it was a fan going out on my antique computor. I save everything and shut down, but the noise continued. In fact, it was getting louder. I eventuly dedcided it was coming from outside. I put on my shoes and when out to investigate. The sound was very load now. Sometimes it would fade. It at first apeared to be coming from the vacinity of an outbuilding about 500 meters from my bedroom. Anything making that much noise had to be BIG. I whent in for a penlight and headed towards the outbuilding. Then I realised that the sound was comming from right under my bedroom window. What was it? Could it be some sort of large insect?
