A 3 cm tall demon or devil figurine holding his own knees, inserted into a pendant. It's treated with oil of frankincense and it smells really good! Body heat increases the area of effect, and it makes a great pomander.

I wound up making this specifically because of the smell! I'm working on something else using the same piece of hawthorn wood, and noticed that it smelled fucking INCREDIBLE. I couldn't stop sniffing it, and wanted a pendant I could wear around my neck and smell whenever I wanted to. Burning with a soldering iron (no fuel residue) made the yummy smell even stronger, and adding some frankincense oil really complimented it! Plus I know it's secretly part of my back scratcher, and that gives me some satisfaction too. :D
