2) A wyvern with an artifice, a robot powered by a spirit, with a wide variety of artifices existing for a wide variety of functions.

3) Instead of videos being the mainstream media form it might instead be radios and sound, so a reporter with a wyvern hooked up with a super powerful broadcast radio are telling the news.
