Northern Species Full
A sort of.. sketch to finish full body of he Northern species. Ended up sketching /rather roughly/ their.. overcoat? Detail is their "house" signature, which is typically tattooed on the front of their neck as well. This one details a type of "heating coil" around the tubing attached at the base of each ear ; the contents of this tubing are meant to be a sort of mixture between bodily fluids, water, blood coolant etc. As the blood warms up for the northern creatures, this liquid will turn a darker colour as it begins to circulate with increased ease, allowing them to become hyperfocused and have better control over the antennae-like dangly bits on the ends of their ears / neck. Their digits are webbed as well, to enhance digging, gripping, feeding, and swimming
