Same basically. :p Though, I do like the ability to work and study from home, but, specifically I just like having the option rather than be forced into one or the other. :v

I can't focus at all when it comes to such amount of diverse work on PC. And when I learn practical stuff it's much easier for me to see and understand teacher's gestures and mimic. Needless to say how many times family disturbs me when I'm focused to do anything on PC LOL

get a laptop, then you can walk and compooter

and vacuum any dust left in the house as well! :D

I know I'm late to this post, but I have to say that while I overall prefer online school, discussion boards are one of the things that get to me. They can occasionally be engaging and help me digest material more easily, but they usually boil down to, "Stretch your responses as much as you can, but don't you use generic responses!"

I apologize if it's already stated somewhere, but I'm curious what you studied or are studying.

I graduated industrial robots engineering, had everything from raw materials structure n stuff all the way to machining, programming, and other universal stuff. It was pain. I hope I can be a full time furry artist, maybe maybe become a computer science teacher if things go bad (or too unstable for a full time job) in this area.

That's quite an impressive set of education, and potentially useful in case your artistic pursuits don't pan out. I'm actually doing something similar, as I'm an aspiring writer, but I'm pursuing a degree in digital forensics so I can have something reliable to fall back on in case I don't make it as a writer. I enjoy what I'm studying, but writing is my dream.

I hope your dreams play out, you seem to have enough artistic talent to make it happen; it seems luck can be a more important factor at points, sadly.

Truly hope we both achieve what we dream for! All I wish is a stable way to have constant demand, and while Elon makes sure to kill the main app I am onto I will try to slowly shift my audience into telegram and use a different way of taking comms (google forms and such). I loved DMs, simple and private, but if I have to do it in the more boring "professional" way I will do it. Sacrifices need to be done and heck, maybe this way people from other platforms will be able to buy comms as well, you wouldn't need a twitter to be able to commish me in the future :3

If art doesn't go as planned, I sadly wouldn't have many good options with my degree in my country, as most people are ok to work as slaves for low pay here. I'll probably pursue other niche alternatives and such while keeping my art hobby forever
