Viceroy was the mad scientist/inventor who worked for the main bad guy in the Disney XD show 'Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja'. And frankly, he and McFists were the best characters in the whole show. I liked the kid main protagonists as well, but as an adult their tomfoolery and energy can be a bit too much. But VICEROY? This show did not hide, even once, that he was gay. Flamboyant as all hell.
If you can put up with made up slang and some fart jokes, highly recommend the show.
As for Perry, he's just a comfort character that's easy to draw. So seeing the generator give me him was a nice surprise.
