She looks more curious than "not sure" but that's what the file was named.
I also think this is one of the first times Sara's paw pads could be seen, at least in a digital drawing. I know that's a weird detail to point out but I almost want to say that's why this drawing was originally created (I could be wrong though, 2016 was a long time ago).
