I have had a long journey with my mental health, and the crux of it has been my gradual, yet sudden realization that I have Schizo-Affective Disorder.
With this, trauma, and the myriad of issues stemming from my not so good mental health, it has been my greatest struggle.

Hallucinations, disorganized thoughts and emotions come with this ailment, primarily, it affects all too much.
I have been in hospitals and facilities over a cumulative year,
I have been put in traumatizing and dangerous situations,
I have thought many times on ways to permanently make this all stop...

But
I have built up my supports
I have reached out and told those I trust my story
I have things to look past it,
And I see my bright future inspite of this
