'Val, short for Carnival, is a ghost who haunts amusement parks, especially abandoned ones! He loves to treat after hour visitors (aka intruders) to a good time... though he often gets overexcited, and things can turn into a horror show~
Don't worry though, things mostly go back to normal at sunrise! Mostly. Sorry, guess you're gonna have to keep some of the weight you gained from all that spectral carnival food. ;3
