Upholding naturalism, huh? How does that work?

It's just something for my furry world where it's sorta the law to be dressed in cities, towns and villages. And that law is trying to push that rule to just be everywhere. But Skyler finds it to be silly considering alot of furries have fur so she works to hold meetings to sorta push for that rule to be lightened and push for rights who those that are comfortable with who they are.
