Adore the work you did with the scales-might I ask what brush/program helps you achieve this?

The linework was done in Clip Studio, but the coloring was all done in Photoshop. The scales are a custom brush I've had for a while now, I think they were originally a Stjepan Sejic creation I had downloaded at one point, though since it's been some time I can't say with 100% certainty. ^^;
But the iridescent look was achieved by just using multiple layers on top of each other as Normal, making some overlapping streaks of color and kinda using an airbrush to erase and soften areas and edges as appropriate (and some occasional color adjustment).

I still prefer painting in Photoshop just because it's what I'm used to, but CSPaint has been great for linework! ^_^ The specific brush used for the lines in this case is the "Darker Pencil" at full Brush Hardness and Brush Density.
