There are some Ukrainian artist support projects at https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/10138995/ and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46406886/ and you can just send them a Note or Comment on those if you need help or want to help.
PayPal is now working for Ukrainian accounts (to receive money) and Buymeacoffee has been another good option for Ukraine artists to receive money. If you have one of those it will be much more convenient than a direct transfer to a card (using something like Paysend or Wise). butterfly-dragon has Journals with good information about alternative payment methods.
