[COMM] Four Arms and Grey Matter TF (5/5) by RegularTF
The stars fully petered out, but they saw our transformations all the way to their ends. With one final growth spurt, I grew to a gargantuan height of 12 feet tall, towering over the telescope with which we intended to watch the stars. Luckily for Crim, no squishing occurred that night. Upon taking a break from my body experimentation, I glanced downward at his discarded glasses and shoes, noticing his diminutive self just as quickly.
I picked him up in my familiar upper-left hand, holding him up to my face and inspecting his new body as well. He was a mere 4 inches tall now, practically ant-sized in my four-fingered hand. I expressed equal parts disbelief and mild embarrassment at seeing him so small compared to me, as he put on an annoyed face of his own. I asked him a few questions about his new body, prompting a back-and-forth discussion about our new scenario. Two things became apparent.
One, he did think it was neat to experience a small new body, even if he didn't openly convey that. And two, his new body came with an impressively-sized brain, possibly capable of learning what happened to us and how to fix it. He nearly walked away to begin research on the "green star" phenomenon, before remembering I was still holding him about 11 feet off the ground. He sheepishly requested a ride instead.
I carefully placed him on my shoulder, letting him hug my neck for safety. Once he was secure, I set off toward our house, eager to see how our new combination of brains and brawn would work together!
