Hmmm... maybe cinnamon raisin cookies? Those were some of the first things I actually learned how to bake, and definitely the first thing where I actually learned how to tweak recipes for taste. (My mother preferred not to bake too much, so if I wanted home-made cookies, I learned to make them myself.)
