Centidrakes are a free to use species that are made to be very customizable. As it says in the sheet, this is only a general guide for the centidrake species, and an individual centidrake can be a lot different.
The only rule is to not use them to promote pedo stuff or anything like that. Other than that, go wild! You can even make your centidrake out of ice cream and marshmallows if you want.

Centidrakes are magical constructs
created to serve a specific purpose

This guide only goes over the basic
centidrake body plan. Aside from the
creation ritual and item form, this
guide does not describe every
centidrake as they are all different

Centidrakes are created via ritual.
This ritual consists of two or more choice materials
to make up the body of the centidrake. These materials
must be high quality. the better the quality, the better
the centidrake.
A "Foundational item" is used as a base. This item can be
anything, such as a flute, gun, or even a building

Centidrakes can transform into the item used to make
them at will or when heavily damaged. If the item is
destroyed, the centidrake dies permanently.

A centidrake's item will look like the centidrake within.
It will be made of the same material as the centidrake,
an image of a centidrake will appear on the object, and the
centidrake's name will be carved into the object in draconic

A centidrake will take on the characteristics of the materials
and item used to make them. For example, a centidrake made
with wood, snow, and a flute would be weak to fire, resistant
to cold, and have characteristics of instruments

If a metal ball or cube is used as
a foundation item, the centidrake
will get no special characteristics
from the item, only the materials

Centidrakes can be any size,
but the tail is usually the
same length as the body

Heads have a skull and a jaw
connected by pins. these pins
can be inside or outside the jaw

Centidrakes can have varying
levels of magical ability, but
most are capable of basic
spellcasting if not better

Centidrakes run on mana, which they
regenerate by either eating or sleeping.
They do not have to do both

Centidrakes are usually
as smart as an adolescent
human and are capable of
speech. They speak common
and draconic

Centidrakes usually
have two to six eyes

Centidrakes have ten legs. Their front paws
have opposable thumbs. They do not have
claws, instead having pointed toes

Snake-like bodies let
centidrakes be flexible

Tails are prehensile and are used to
manipulate objects and cast spells

Most centidrakes use all ten legs to walk, but some
hold themselves with only eight legs when idle
