The world can be a big and scary place, especially for a Joltik as small as Chester. That has never stopped him before; he is quite the curious little guy. But sometimes it is best to have a guardian watching over you as you explore, just to be safe. Thanfully, Chester has an "uncle" who serves that role perfectly.
