The playful stranger is an individual who stands roughly around 6'3" with a lean frame. In almost all sightings he is under dressed, in some cases wearing nothing more then a pair of old jeans.

At first glance he appears to be wearing a mask made of cloth with some sort of ink stains resembling a face, however it has been brought into question if it is indeed a mask or something physically attached to his head.

All reported cases are the same, someone is approached by the stranger who constantly repeats the phrase "Let's play". If the person responds in anyway that can be considered confirmation then the stranger will declare the game as "Hide and seek".

At this point the stranger will rapidly undergo physically changes, often the extension of limbs and torso, and start to count.
