This was inspired by a YouTube video I watched earlier today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmLh31VGf4M&t=78s
It's one of those videos that compiles a bunch of Vines, attributing them to another franchise or piece of media (in this case Ed, Edd n' Eddy) by labeling parts of the Vines as characters and other elements to build references and suggest these are things the characters would do. They're not high art, but I like them mildly, since they add more to the Vines than just, "LOL SO RANDOM".
Anyway, one of the Vines used for the video in question starts with a baby doll lying in a cradle, then cuts to two kids furiously rocking the cradle, shaking the doll back and forth, all with that song that goes, "Wake me up...Wake me up inside...", playing over it...to which the video labeled the doll as, "Edd", and the kids as, "Ed", and, "Eddy". Long story short, I just had to draw that with AB Double D.
Geez, you two. Let the guy have some little time. I seriously hope they wouldn't do that to an actual baby.
Enjoy...no, seriously; that's an order. I drew this while I was supposed to be reading The Duchess of Malfi for literature class, so it better be worth it! Don't worry; I finished the story in time for class.

I imagine this version of Double D would use his diapers only while being cared for, since he'd want to be changed, plus, getting up to use the bathroom would pull him out of little-headspace. The rest of the time, though, he just wouldn't want his own waste touching him.
It's unsaid whether or not a caregiver is present here. For all we know, he could've been having little time by himself until these guys came along and ruined it.
