Esmeralda, the Emerald Porcupine; born as a green gemstone formed within Little Planet's core, she is tasked with guarding the 7 Time Stones that guarantee the planetoid's Good Future.

She found an artifact within Metallic Madness that, when taken apart, gave her the power of the Sun itself. It begrudgingly caused Iblis and Mephiles to reincarnate, and she (with the help of Sonic the Hedgehog) used the Time Stones to merge with the two, becoming the Vessel of Solaris.
