Just a fun quick doodle of a cute and simple Pokemon. I remember for YEARS I didn't really like Wooper...but now I think it's pretty cute. :3

My uploads may be slower than usual for a while. I've developed a cyst on the middle finger of my drawing hand, and it pushes on a nerve which makes most things that involve using that hand painful.
