This bomb has super useful healing properties including reviving or rejuvenating harmed souls.
However..... the downside is this represents the users laziness and happiness making even foes have a hard time
being caught in the explosion.

*Water Type -POW: 100 ACCURACY: 100
Bomb is used as a way to shoot a Jetstream of water in all directions from the explosion. It also has the power to fill a whole reservoir with water too. Typically represents sadness.

Victti is a member of Team DragoShift who specializes in Bombs, special gunpowder and explosives. Whether they're for a pie joke or for a serious ordeal, including health risks you'd best be prepared.

Victti has had a very explosive attitude when he was little. He however looked up to Jirri and became a bit more mature just by being around him and Leslie. He still gets pretty wild at times but he's usually has control over it. He's not as gentle as Jirri is normally though, he has a warm heart to welcome those he finds his friends.

He loves his friends and skydiving. He also has a habit of making jumpsuits and skydiving gear for Poke-Air alongside Jan (Kudos for  Luna-Kuto on making Poke-Air by the way.). One of Victti's dreams is to become the best Bombara Diver for his family because of his explosive personality. Whenever he has time, he would play the most disastrous prank with Jirri known as the "Bomber Bombara" prank. This Prank involves using Victti's V-Bomb and Jirri's Doom Desire or wish to utilize an untold random prank. Changing the bomb's type to an unknown type.

The Bombara's Doom Bomb: "BOMBER BOMBARA"

This prank ranges between being a dud (such as confetti or ice cream), to being a rain of pies to the face to Creating a sand Tsunami or Possibly enter a sea of stink bombs. This type of bomb has 2 in every 3 chances that it will be bad. It's most likely best to stay out the way.
