I do it ALL THE TIME. I wanna say I do it like, twice a week and I dont know why.
I feel like it may be from the years of like, hurried eating I had to do growing up between jobs, school, work, etc. That sometimes I still do it and it kind of kicks my own ass in like "Hey you dont have to do that anymore???"
