Jacket is a drunk we all know this by now, but to the point he has nothing left? that's rare. This can only mean he's really wanting to forget something but since he's out of booz he'll have to let himself pass out, I can assure you that he'll be fine, his type of be doesn't have a liver so the case of him being, well dead is unlikely.
Though someone should try and calm him down before he freaks out, maybe a foot massage will help?
