Vanessa's Tamer finally has a Ref.

I would say his personality is kinda mellow, like he tries to keep to himself and while he can fight alright, he tends to want to avoid conflict altogether especially verbal conflict. However he does have a boiling point when it comes to Vanessa getting hurt or harassed.

He also plays around with Digimon modding, though he hasn't made anything that can be applied besides helping Vanessa make her backdoor stomach area.

His Digivice has an illegal modification on his Digivice that allows it to create energy based tools or whatever he may need.
And while yes, it's illegal, the police won't arrest him for just having it, just if he tries to access the Digiverse with it due to his tampering.
And while he usually let's Vanessa freely roam about, he can still call her back into his Digivice, usually when he's done with her vigilante shit.
