A scene from an rp I was playing. My character, Akashi, is a young brown fox slave who ran away from his owner, and got lost in the snow and was found by some nice gypsies (for a change. XD ) I really like how it turned out. Worked on quite a few techniques and use of color.

He looks so peaceful curled up under the blankets like that. So many of your characters seem to lead completely hellish lives, so it's actually rather refreshing to see something sweet from you once in a while. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy all of your art, and I'm by no means criticizing anything you do. But you capture the gentler emotions every bit as well as you do with the harsher ones, and in fact your pieces like this may be all the more touching for being contrasted to the harsher stuff. So what I'm trying to say is that I really love what you've done here.
I love the patchwork quilt, too. I used to have one that was all kinds of cool like that, and made up of different scraps of material. Maybe it's me, but blankets like that just seem so much more comfortable than anything else you can sleep under. It adds a really nice touch of affection, too, even if it's as simple as concern for a lost child.

Only one word describe this beautifull piece of Arts.... Marvellous..... Your colors are so beautifull and your light effects are amazing.... It's so peacefull and charming Foxxian,,, An you've use some li'l symbolism in your pic... Héhé... The candle for hope for that poor li'l guy... It's been rough for him....we see it in his face... But the hope is there symbolize by the light of the candle.... we see that those gypsies are not ''richs'' peoples because of the rusticity of the place but what they do and give...it comes from te hearth... This is a really nice picture *Kneeling* Milady...
*Looks to either side sneakily, before faving it* Heh, as much as I liked the other version hun-which looked rather like it was a page from a book-I like this one more.
*Snugs, before giving the poor little fella an earscritching*
As it were...*Looks it over* You've outdone yourself dearest-the detail and lighting are superb, and I like how the crystal seems to suggest it's glowing on it's own...or perhaps is just a trick of the light. Same with that crystal ball. *Grins impishly* And is that a crack on the rim of the bowl?

oooh! you colored it! ^_^
I love the mix of practical, mundane things (blankets, candle, soup) and the exotic things in the background (crystals and gods-know-what on the dark shelves). It gives a sense of the people who took him in, that they're mysterious, yet down-to-earth, and compassionate, (since they're caring for him).
