Melody Erquan is a Scorbunny Messenger in the busting metropolis of Windi, who mainly roams the Ignatown district doing odd jobs of a possibly dubious nature. She's skilled with a staff and small explosives to disorient foes and make sure her deliveries are made on time.

Otto has a crush on her and is willing to ignore her possible ties to the city's infamous organized crime network in doing so.
