Huntress doesn't smile very often, I've noted; I mean, regarding her past and the kind of work she's chosen, satisfaction in the friendships she does maintain and completing each job is more of her 'smile', an internal merit of accomplishment, sustained or each time something new comes her way and her work is done in the end.
That she has chosen to live and do what she does suggests that feeling of worth in her more recent journey and chosen tasking as a biomodded Exotic and Solo by profession, despite the unkindness met in her past and the grief and pain she carries with her inside, still mostly unresolved, has left her with purpose and a chosen path of her own, if not a tremendous amount of hope.
But I see a certain honestly-felt profession of comfort in her expression and activity here, even if I'm wrong about the gentle curl by the edge of her lip visible on the right side of her muzzle, and I suspect that feature included on her face by Richard was deliberate in that meaning, his own understanding clearly the mood you asked him to convey in draughting Huntress posed and drawn as he did.
I don't think she would smile as she is here, if she is in fact smiling, were she not alone. I know how hard it is to allow yourself to be vulnerable, or to reveal that vulnerability, even if it is professed through honest joy and contented happiness. People like Huntress don't in their heart or deep down want to be alone, nor to be closed off in an armoured shell of one's self, figuratively or literally. They just don't want to be hurt so badly again that they end up not wanting to countenance feeling anything at all.
