"...Alright?" -Proto
I swear, every drawing I do of these two the more alien I make them look... Which to me is a very good thing since I want to distance these little mandrakes more and more from their inspiration being Pikmin. Anywho, Battle Brothers, I swear-- This game always gets me. A Love and Hate relationship unlike anything I've ever seen. I always come back to it, get punched in the face, and then come back for more. Yeah, the game frustrates me a lot, but I can't stop playing it. I'll put it down for a day and come back the next until another battle makes me mad from missing 95% hit chances... and the game really rubbing it in with a tip saying that an attack can always miss after the battle.
Now I am not ragging on the game, in fact it's probably one of my favorite games of all time. The relationship is similar to me on how I run Fire Emblem ironmans and get mad at it. I've always been big on the tactical rpg genre, and Proto? Proto is the same. Venting out my frustrations for this game through him and how I can never just put it down. Now I did just straight up use a screenshot, but... I mean, well yeah. There's not much else for me to say on that right now. Is it truly canon that he plays battle brothers? Nah, most of the crossover stuff isn't truly canon. HOWEVER, he does play TRPGs and gets mad at them... His wife, Chaos is only slightly concerned for his health.

Battle Bruddas, the screenshot, I do not hold ownership of that as it's just something I took a quick screenie of on one of my battles-- that belongs to its owners as well, I'm just sayin'-- (Also yeah, this game is just man- it's so good and it's something I've played for years. This isn't advertisement, just... this game is great and it's sucking up all my free time again let it be mods or just vanilla base game.)
