Rimba Racer is an absolutely great show. I never thought that something with kid-show-esque overly vibrant colors would such an engaging and dramatic story. So much so, to show my love for this hidden gem of a cartoon… I did another damn crossover pic again. This time with the cast of the cartoon if they were seen in Kamen Rider Drive, so there’s that.

Whether you call him a threatening rival or a punching bag, it’s none other than Krom’s turn as a Kamen Rider. As the Rider, Charger. The base form given to Charger is by far, the toughest and most durable out of all the Type Change Shift Cars, Type Enforcer. (based on a SWAT Truck) Krom is known for his heavy hitting and brutish nature, but as Charger, he becomes an invincible tank, with him being able to survive even the hardest punches and blows imaginable.

Like with all Riders, there is a tire attached somewhere on the body, with can be changed out with Tire Change Shift Cars to act as a secondary power alongside the main body. I think out of all the Tire Change Shift Cars, no other Shift Car would do Charger well than Massive Monster (based on a monster truck). Here, Charger is given maw-based gekirin as his weapons, and is able to deliver incredible crunch-based attacks.

Charger’s Full Throttle is by far my favorite, fitting the lackadaisical and king-living nature of him. When activated, Charger lays down a small beating on a target, right before walking away from the beaten opponent. All in the meanwhile, Charger’s car, the Heavy Metal, drives directly into (or onto) the target adding insult to injury, all while Charger is walking away from the beyond-crippled target.
