Enter the new Scruffy, now a Lopalong who's a certain Veechu's counterpart. Inspired by  insomniacovrlrd's Pockoon and  milachu92's Mila who're once Pikachu themselves.

Lopalong are based on springhares, rodents with kangaroo and rabbit like features. His fur has the ability to glow blacklight after long exposure from the sun's rays, which can be helpful in darkest places but is also his weakness in attracting night predators. His feet has amazing bounce attacks and great footwork, and his tail is as strong as a crackling whip which is good for his opponents!
