A new OC - meet Frizzle! Smol and cuddly, but not somebody you'd want to get on the wrong side of.

They were born with the ability - or, some might say, the curse - of generating electricity within their body.
However, they have little to no control over this - it instead relating to high emotional states. They often shock those they touch (similar to touching a metal pole in wool socks), and can "Arc" at quite high voltages when stressed or angry.

The origins of their power remain a mystery even to them, mostly due to their distrust of others who wish to "study" them. They still shudder at their memories of the Generator Cage Incident...


[Outside of the backstory - one of my oldest character ideas that I'm happy to have been able to adapt to my new works - Frizzle was originally a mix of a personal Comfort Character for when I'm feeling down and want a cuddle, and an outlet to test electricity/lightning effects. As such you can kinda tell I went a bit overboard in the render - it was getting to 2am when I finished and I was having far too much fun with it]
