Hee-Ho everyone, look at that, I'm drawing some stuff and once more.
When it comes down to my characters, I usually make little profile icons for them so I can keep an idea in my head of what they look like. Very rarely do I do full bodies or anything crazy like that. However, I wanted to start experimenting with sketches for all my characters. Making genuine and full body pictures of them in poses. Just so I can keep an idea fresh in my head without making a full-on character sheet.
Anyways, Commander Proto- You've seen him before (probably if you saw my other artwork featuring him) my heavily Pikmin inspired character who's actually in the setting noted to be a "Mandrake" and yes, there are a few key differences between them as I push more and more away from the Pikmin-Like designs in every post.
Father of Captain PiK, Self-Proclaimed researcher and even hero of his setting.
What did he all do? That's a good question, I like to leave breadcrumbs of a story sometime for the greater picture and just give everyone some basic info.
I'll make sure I get back to drawing what i usually draw here soon... Had a few teeth yanked out of my head and got some IRL stuff going, so I'll probably be keeping to my sketch style for now.
