I found a treasure beyond all other treasures.
I know the idea of a board game may not seem like much, but this game expected you to think, and do math, if not in your head at least with a piece of scratch paper.
In 1973 or was it 1974 I bought this game in, and it cost me, I’m thinking between fourteen and sixteen dollars. And while I can’t find the pieces, but that’s not important. They were only paper counters.
This was made back in the days when phones were dumb, and people were smart.

I have this game! (well, rather, my Dad got it, and kept it. It's older than me.) It inspired a lot of ideas in me. Don't have the expanded (Outreach) rules though. Most recently, the map got pulled out to check up on exoplanet discoveries, most of the systems we have some (partial) information on what's actually there now, and it was the only way I knew how to map where these planets are.
