This parasite is very polite and will agree to cover less surface if asked, but it's so comfy you're easily convinced otherwise. By default covers the area of a one-piece swimsuit, giving you a nice, round belly-crotch-butt, which can be protruded forwards to show off the bellyness of it, or backwards to show off the nullbuttness of it. Its round snout is not functional, i.e doesn't open, but can emote. Last panel is a request from
