That's almost a pun but not quite.
For a while now I've been trying to do more bird TFs. They're still a challenge, but I've always loved cardinals. I love them because they're red, of course, and they're songbirds, and I like seeing them in winter all puffed up on a branch.
If I have a birdsona it's definitely a cardinal. And of course they're festive and perfectly suited to the holiday.

Wow this is such a cute and beautifully drawn cardinal tf! I love how the poses echo that of a bird springing into flight and the final panel of the cardinal perched on a holly branch is just so wonderfully festive and charming! Happy holidays to you as well! :)
