3.5 oz ribeye steak from Dollar Tree: $1
Bag of Dole Romaine Mix Salad: $.49 (marked down)
Lomein noodles, minced garlic, onion flakes, olive oil, soy sauce: On hand.
1) Boil water, start lomein noodles going.
2) While noodles are cooking, heat 2-3 tsp of olive oil in wok.
3) Shred steak into heated oil, follow with garlic, onion.
4) When meat is nearly done, add salad. Stir until salad is thoroughly wilted.
5) By this time, the noodles should be done. Drain and add to wok, stir thoroughly, douse with soy sauce to taste.
6) Devour.
Enjoy!
